-采用單超聲波工作，適應(yīng)于獨(dú)立模、流道、渣包排布固定式壓鑄坯件，對(duì)產(chǎn)品、渣包一次性無傷害分離，換模不用調(diào)機(jī)。

-該設(shè)備也適應(yīng)多模芯、流道、渣包排布部確定性的壓鑄坯件進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的流道與產(chǎn)品、渣包分離、也可以選擇沖頭線折斷入料口再超，解決入道口硬導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品難超落分離的問題。

-分離作業(yè)過程中、產(chǎn)品一次性完成分離且不與設(shè)備任何夾具接觸、能夠最 好地保護(hù)產(chǎn)品的完整性。

-開料檢測(cè)利用新一代專利技術(shù)、阻攔短路的檢測(cè)方式、定位更精 準(zhǔn)、解決了采用光纖檢測(cè)方式、光纖器件脆弱性易順懷、多故障的問題。
